Conditions remain good in Zermatt with a little fresh snow at the end of last week to freshen the deep 150-350cm base.
It was very cold last week but temperatures have warmed up to just below freezing and its a mix of sunshine and clouds for the start of the week.
More snow is expected mid-week, but so far the forecast is for just a few inches rather than another huge dump.
The resort reports a little over 90% of its terrain is open (330 of 360km) and 40 of 50 lifts running.
