Online snow gear retailer SnowRepublic.co.uk have come up with a novel idea to help the snow obsessed among us get through the coming football world cup in Brazil – a wall planner with a difference.
Instead of the usual boring football facts, the Snow Republic World Cup Wall Planner is packed full of well researched, fascinating facts on the skiing offered by the countries which have their teams in the World Cup Finals.
“I’ve written something that combines skiing with the World Cup, because lets face it we’re not going to be able to escape it this summer,” explained Gordon Taylor from Snow Republic, “When putting it together it opened our eyes to some countries we never thought of visiting before.”
Where a country doesn’t have any ski slopes, remarkably Snow Republic have still managed to find a winter sports connection, including rare appearances at a past winter Olympic Games by an athlete from the country concerned.
