A mixture of sunny, snowy and some cloudy days as we approach mid-March in Austria.
Snow bases are still very good for the time of year, particularly on higher elevation slopes. The country’s glaciers, in particular, have snow lying up to 20 feet/6 metres deep!

Snowfall of 10-30cm has been reported at some areas in the past few days with the Vorarlberg Region particularly snowy.
The week ahead looks like more of the same with some sunny, some cloudy and some snowy weather in the forecast for much of the country.
