Family owned Swiss snowboarding company Nidecker have layched an upgrade version of their Venus snowboard for women, and will be donating $10 for every Venus Plus that sold to breast cancer awareness charity Keep-A-Breast.
“The Venus Plus takes everything that’s loved about the award-winning Venus, then turns things up a notch for more advanced riders needing extra power for slashes, sprays and sends. Just like the original, this is a true all mountain rocket ship. It’s a quiver killer for women who like to start a day in the side country, maybe practice some carves on the piece, then finish up in the park,” a Nidecker spokesperson said.
Breast cancer awareness charity the Keep-A-Breast Foundation have a global mission to reduce breast cancer risk through art, education, prevention and action and they have free self-check app to download.
