Val Gardena opened for the ski season on Wednesday (6 December) with most of its runs and lifts open and great snow conditions.
Snow depths are at 40cm on the mountain, 5cm in the village and temperatures are low – helping to maintain the snow cover and allow for consistent snowmaking.
It’s part of the full Dolomiti Superski region which now has a total of 844 km of slopes and 367 lifts operating.
Who is joining us? Start an endless fun, from today on the counterclockwise-open Sellaronda! ??#endlessfun #sellaronda #dolomitisuperski

These include the Sellaronda circuit, accessible from Val Gardena, which also opened on Wednesday, initially just in an anti-clockwise direction but since Friday 8th December in both directions (interrupted between Arabba and Pordoi Pass because of technical issues with a lift).
