As the ski industry struggles to cope with the impact and uncertainty of travel restrictions and ski area openings caused by the coronavirus, one tour operator has come up with a novel proposition – the option to choose and reserve up to three potential holiday start dates on a single deposit, cancelling the two you don’t need once the travel/resort opening position is (hopefully) clearer.
Erna Low, The UK’s longest established ski holiday company is now offering this “multiple-dates-on-on-booking” option. If none of the three dates work out in the end, customers can switch dates again or receive a full refund.
“As soon as we get the news from the French government regarding the definitive opening dates for the French ski resorts we are ready for lots of late bookings. Self-drive, self-catering holidays will be the safest way to enjoy the mountains this season and this has been our core product for many years. We are also happy to book up to three different dates for clients with just one deposit and free cancellation options. We know that flexibility is key so that our clients can be confident in booking,” said Jane Bolton, MD of Erna Low.
