Mürren in the Swiss Jungfrau region has a stunning sight beyond the usual jaw-dropping scenery waiting visitor’s today to the Schilthorn.
Just in time for Valentine’s Day, 19 apprentice florists from across Switzerland decorated Europe’s largest flower heart and placed it at the summit.
Not content with creating this work of floral art, they also distributed 300 roses to anyone visiting the summit (not sure if any of the high-spec ski jackets these days have thought of incorporating a ‘rose pocket’ ?)
“We wish you lots of love and a happy Valentine’s Day,” a spokesperson for Mürren’s Schilthorn – Piz Gloria commented.
