With the Arlberg area opening today, the St Anton Snow Report and Forecast 1 Dec 2017 makes for encouraging reading for the first week of the 2017/18 season.
With some light snow on Thursday topping up a great base that is thanks to the impressive November snowfall this year, conditions for opening day are looking fantastic.

Further into the weekend and next week, there will be another dusting of snow through Sunday evening into Monday (around 10cm). Otherwise, the weather conditions will be sunny with blue skies through until Friday, when the snow will again return. So some great skiing conditions in St. Anton for the first week of the season – how we wish we were there!
