Other than a few inches at Andermatt there’s been no fresh snow in Switzerland for the last seven days.
Conditions on the groomed pistes however are largely very good thanks to accumulated snow from the past month and generally good weather conditions.

Most Swiss resorts have 30-60cm of snow cover at resort level and 1-2m of snow on their upper slopes. Most of the country’s ski lifts and runs are open and operational.

Gstaad claims the deepest snow in Europe at present at 3.6m (12 feet). At the other extreme Crans Montana says it has no snow left in resort and Zermatt only 10cm, but both have plenty of snow higher up and almost all lifts and runs open.
After the dry week more snow is on the way according to forecasters with 30-60cm of fresh snow expected across the country this week.
