Conditions in Switzerland are great this week with conditions settling down somewhat after the stormy weather in the first week of January and subsequent seconds wave of heavy snow – particularly in the south and west of the country, last week.
There were some glorious, sunny days over the weekend with light winds and perfect conditions.

A third 2018 wave of snowfall is however now making its way across the country with up to 60cm (two feet) more snow expected by the weekend at many areas in the ski season that won’t stop giving.
Engelberg continues top have the world’s deepest snow depth at present with a stat of 511cm (17 feet) at the top of the slopes.
