Snow conditions have improved greatly in Scotland since Friday with very low temperatures and fresh snow.
The thaw a week ago might never have happened as the mountains are all white again and centres have re-opened.
Bases remain rather thin and terrain open still limited but snow quality is good thanks to temperatures double digits below freezing. Centres that have them have also been running snow making.
Bases are 20-30cm and 2-6 runs are open at each of Cairngorm, Glencoe and The Lecht (pictured top).
Glencoe also got a Snowfactory all-weather snowmaking machine delivered this week.
More heavy snow is forecast in the West today.
Glenshee missed out a bit on the snow at the weekend but is running snowmaking.
The snow guns were firing at Nevis Range yesterday, preparing for Winter 2017/18. Keep up to date with all the information & updates on the hill at www.nevisrange.co.uk ??❄️ #winteriscoming

Nevis Range (above) aims to open from the weekend of 22nd Dec, subject to conditions, after annual lift maintenance is complete on Thursday 21st.
It may open this weekend for the weekend only if the snow is good though.
