At last the ski season is upon us and it is now time to get prepped ! So we decided to ask new BUFF® ambassador and British Skiier Charlotte Evans and the ever popular Multi-functional Headwear brand BUFF® the best way to plan for the most exciting time of year !
Charlotte’s top tips to be ready for the season :
Always make sure that your fitness is ready for the season, it’s not too late to fit in some last minute training sessions. The summer months are the perfect time in which to get as fit as possible
New skis are usually bought so it is time to get the wax into the base. To make sure they are fast and ready for training and racing.
Always buy a good pair or boots that are fitted properly because a good set of boots help you feel the ski and will get more out of your skiing.
Always take your helmet because you may be a great skier but around you others might not. Always safety first.
I would not practice training without…
My hat to keep me warm before putting my helmet on, up the hill. Also to hide helmet hair after training.
My BUFF® so that no cold air goes down my jacket. (Also it is a fashion item, all about looking good too!)
My gloves as nobody likes having cold hands!
BUFF® Headwear have searched through their ever expanding range and picked their 2015 top technical headwear items specifically for the time on the slopes.
