Last week La Plagne was completely transformed by a landing of fresh snow, leaving well powdered, un-touched pistes to be carved up for the first time this season.
La Plagne hosts various popular events, with some of our favourites being held W/C 30th January (live music at Aprés Ski, moonlight skiing with Oxygene, as well as the Superluge Derby, also through Oxygene).
But if Courchevel is more your area of choice, you’ll be ecstatic to hear that on Tuesday 31st January over 16cm of new snow is expected to fall, increasing to 42cm by 1st February. Furthermore, Courchevel hosts a range of events that people return to the resort for year after year, such as Ski-Jumping, a Courchevel tradition.
La Rosiere, the French ski resort with an Italian flair, has already enjoyed plenty of snow this season and we have a chalet reduction here too.
