A new way of booking ski rentals online is aiming to streamline the process considerably.
Netski aims to seamlessly link online selection and reservation of your rental gear with fast delivery once you’re actually in resort.
The system works by generating a QR code with geolocation of your nearest in-resort shop. You then get fast-Pass pick-up, avoiding queues with priority assistance when picking up your ski hire, or direct delivery of ski gear to your accommodation upon arrival. The package also includes safe storage of your equipment with ski lockers complete with boot dryers and there’s an online chat service available with your local shop for any personal assistance as required.
The web-app also includes a wealth of practical information on all aspects of your ski holiday destination besides rentals. Netski has launched with nearly 100 shops in France, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, and Spain.
