Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, the traditional village resort below Les Menuires in the world’s largest ski area, Les 3 Vallées, will unveil a new wellness facility this winter.
La Belle Vie, located on a natural promontory overlooking the village, has been built around a panoramic aqua-play area that blends in with the surrounding natural landscape.
There are three pools: an indoor fun pool with waterfalls and jets, a 20-meter outdoor pool (summer only), and a 34°C indoor/outdoor pool adult-only accessible all year round.
Several thematic themed areas enhance the wellness experience—including salt or herbal saunas, steam rooms—as well as massage rooms and a relaxation room.
The panoramic Finnish sauna made entirely of glass and the cold water well open to the mountains are sure to be favourites…
The new relaxation centre has been built to high environmental standards with 80% of its heating needs covered by a biomass power system. It has also been built with enhanced thermal insulation and has a heat recovery system from wastewater.
An accompanying Club House will offer healthy lunch possibilities and there will also be a new meetings/events space for up to 300 people.
