Mountain Heaven burst onto the ski holiday market two decades ago with the simple idea of delivering a higher quality holiday at an affordable price.
That sounds like marketing speak, but in Mountain Heaven’s case there was true commitment and belief with the original small team really working day and night to ensure that their service went above and beyond, without their clients needing to spend an arm and a leg.
The family-run company ensured all the little extras were there, every service was covered and that there was always someone in resort to help when needed. Over more than 20 seasons, the Mountain Heaven team have got to know what their guests like and the owners remain fully involved in all aspects of each holiday, learning what their guests like, so many have become friends over the years, returning season after season.
The La Plagne Specialists
It all began in La Plagne, where the company have always had their largest presence and Mountain Heaven have now decided that moving forward, it will be their focus and they’ll use their decades of local knowledge and extensive portfolio of properties to become the La Plagne area specialist.
They are already the largest catered company in La Plagne 1800 with 10 catered chalets to choose from, all run and staffed by Mountain Heaven themselves. There are all fabulous, hand-picked properties on or very close to the slopes, with properties sleeping between 8 and 15 people each.
In each chalet staff will make you feel at home and well looked after from the moment you book to the day you leave, with a commitment to providing a truly personal service.
They’re also the only company with accommodation that is fully financially bonded in both Plagne 1800 and in La Pagne Montalbert, meaning that for their self-catered holidays there, all guests’ money is 100% safe.
“We started in La Plagne 21 years ago and over the years have experimented with other resorts but our main base has always been La Plagne. It’s the best resort in the world and we though, why not use our knowledge and connections to become the La Plagne specialists?” says Mountain Heaven’s Nick Williams.
