Mammoth’s spring ski season keeps getting better with still more big snowfalls for the end of March.
It is now reporting the third deepest base in the US at 430cm and although its season officially only runs until May, it looks like it could easily stay open until June or July if it wishes and as it often does.
Mammoth’s terrain is fully open and almost all of its lifts are operational. Temperatures vary between highs of around +3C in the daytime at the base and -3C up on the mountain.
There’s currently no more snowfall in the forecast this week.
