Comedians Maisie Adam, Lara Ricote and Phil Wang have been announced as headliners for the second edition of The Montreux Comedy Festival Goes Skiing next January.
The first staging of the famous festival in the French ski resort of Les Gets last winter proved such a success the show is back in town next January, 2024.
The ski edition brings together French and British stand-up performers taking turns at the mike,
“…in the sole aim of sharing their jokes and sense of humour with the audience. From the absurd to satire, in French and English, there will be something to make everyone laugh,” a les Gets spokesperson said.
The francophone evenings will be on 16 & 17 January, 2024, when Pierre Thévenoux, Franjo, Laura Domange and Ghislain Blique will be on stage.
Then on 18 & 19 January, 2024, Maisie Adam, Lara Ricote and Phil Wang will be performing.
“Other equally entertaining performers will round off the exceptional comedy line-up. It’s a great way to exercise your laughter muscles after a long day exercising your other muscles on the slopes!” the Les gets spokesperson added.
