You can travel by rail to 25 Inghams destinations including chalet resorts St Anton, Tignes, Val d’Isère, Méribel, car-free Avoriaz or Val Thorens.
However you travel though, Inghams are also reducing the impacts of their chalets with everything from energy-saving – LED lighting and automatic light sensors to installing low-flow toilets and showerheads. In addition, in-chalet spas are turned off during the ski day when no one is using them and are powered up at 4 pm to reduce energy usage. There’s much less single-use plastics in chalets now too with refillable toiletries. In terms of food and drinks all starters are vegetarian and you’ll have a choice of either meat or meat-free dishes for your main course. For breakfast, you will be served breads and pastries from local bakeries as well as local free-range eggs and local or regional milk and yoghurt.
