The Horizon Festival, taking place from for the week from Sunday 26th March promises that 2017 will be its biggest and best yet with 120 DJS and live acts on the line up and 30 parties planned.
2017 will be the fifth staging of the Horizon Festival and will see it go west from Bansko in Bulgaria (which festival organisers say Horizon has “outgrown”) to Arinsal in Andorra for its 2017 showing.
Headliners so far confirmed include two of the most exciting and popular underground stars, Motor City Drum Ensemble and Horizon veteran KiNK who will be playing their first shows of 2017 in Arinsal, promising festival-goers an exclusive first look at their revered new shows.
“I’ve seen the evolution of Horizon Festival since the first edition, as I’ve played at the festival every year and I feel very connected to it. Each time it has been special and I`m looking forward to playing Horizon this year too,” said KiNK.
Craig Charles will once again be bringing the funk and soul party high on the mountains and Ben UFO, AJ Tracey, Oneman, Midland, Yussef Kamaal and Mumdance are fellow headliners.
Also scheduled for the full-on week are warehouse parties, the Horizon Snow Championships, forest raves, paintball wars, hot spa cinemas and what the organisers promise will be, “the immersive party experience of the year at The Hostal,” explaining, “This is an abandoned hotel set to be transformed into a dark fairytale full of looming corridors, amazing set designs and immersive performances – it’s set to be packed with truly mind blowing sights and seriously good times.”
Kicking off the festival will be a special Pre-Party in Barcelona, the main gateway to Andorra, on Saturday 25th March, providing festival goers with a stop-over club experience in one of Barcelona’s top party venues. Tickets + travel packages are on sale now.
