Whether you’re a seasoned skier or planning your first off-piste adventure, understanding snow and avalanche safety is critical. Henry, a world-renowned expert endorsed by ANENA (The French Avalanche Association), is here to equip you with the knowledge and tools to stay safe. With over 30 years of experience as a ski instructor and guide in Val d’Isere, Henry offers insights that are not just educational but essential for all ski enthusiasts.

Henry’s Avalanche Talk Returns to Hemel Hempstead

The talk, laced with thrilling stories, videos, and images, dives deep into risk management and decision-making in the backcountry. Henry answers the pivotal question, “Is it safe out there?” by highlighting that safety depends on individual preparation and decision-making.

Attendees will gain valuable resources, including Henry’s Accident Reduction card and the new Safety Rescue card, both vital in reducing and managing risks on the slopes. Plus, enjoy complimentary copies of the Safety is Freedom pocket guide, valued at £10, to aid in applying these principles.
