A reliable, forgiving ski, the Volkl Flair 76 2018 is a good choice for ladies who want to get the most out of themselves as well as the piste this season.

Designed with the piste in mind, the Volkl Flair 76 puts an unsurprisingly impressive piste performance. This is the perfect ski for someone wanting to improve and develop their skiing ability. It’s very easy to ski on the groomed runs, with good turn transition, control and stability. The core keeps the Flair 76 light, while maintaining that all important support under foot that allows you to feel secure enough to push yourself further than you may normally.

The edge hold is very good, which is ideal for those wanting to improve on their carving with a ski that can really rely on its edges. It also means that if you come across hard, icy conditions, the Volkl Flair 76 will keep you feeling confident in your abilities.

A tip rocker allows for better turn initiation, while the lightweight wood core keeps the ski nimble and agile, turning as and when you demand.

This is not a ski you would take off piste much. Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to see just how it would do off the groomers in our testing, but from what we did experience of this ski, it’s definitely better suited for the more gentle skier who wants to stick to the slopes. This doesn’t mean it needs to stick to a gentler pace though. We found that the Volkl Flair 76 was comfortable at all speeds, great for ladies who want to discover their full potential.
