Thule, the famously Swedish high-quality manufacturer of stylish, tough roof boxes and roof racks as well as chains for car tyres has moved increasingly in to the baggage market in recent years.
This autumn the company has released series of bags designed especially for the GoPro® camera,
As this is Thule, the bags deliver exactly what you would expect – particularly a tough, functional construction; well-designed efficient storage and full protection from the elements.
Top of the range is the Thule Legend GoPro® Backpack (RRP £170) which features integrated mounts that allow for two GoPro® cameras to be attached front and back and record from multiple angles to ensure a perfect shot.
The front of the bag has a crushproof, padded compartment that holds up to 3 GoPro® cameras, LCD Touch BacPac™, remote control, extra batteries and SD cards. There are plenty of extra pockets and compartments to keep other essentials, along with a waist belt for enhanced comfort and support.
Efficiency is everything, as the backpack includes dedicated storage for a hydration reservoir and handy side pockets on the waistbelt to easily access important items.
Other options include the Thule Legend GoPro® Sling Pack (RRP £65) which can hold up to 2 GoPro® cameras with accessories meaning they’re always within grabbing distance for that crucial shot.
The sternum strap and lightweight construction prevent the bag from interfering with activities as it stays tight to the body. There is high-visibility interior lining to easily find smaller bag content and a convenient shoulder strap that ideally fits a mobile phone, a remote control or similar items.
There’s also the Thule Legend GoPro® Advanced Case (RRP £50) which can also securely hold up to two GoPro® cameras, a Flex Clamp, 3-way, Gooseneck, LCD Touch BacPac™, remote control, extra batteries and SD cards.
The removable foam storage pad makes the interior easy to clean of any mud, dust, sand or dirt. The sleek exterior is made from a semi-hardshell construction ensuring the case and its’ contents are adventure-proof and can easily fit in a bigger bag.
The case is also available in a smaller size with the capacity to fit 1 GoPro® camera plus accessories priced at £35.
