Outdoor survival expert Lifesystems has launched a new range of snow and winter-sport specific first aid kits.
Available in three sizes, each contains a selection of high-quality components tailored for treating common ski and snowboarding injuries.
The range includes a compact ‘Snow Sports’ kit that fits neatly inside a backpack or jacket pocket as well as two larger kits designed to be left at base (Winter Sports and Winter Sports Pro).
All three kits feature Lifesystems’ signature durable and lightweight, bright-red cases. The two larger kits also benefit from Lifesystems’ advanced QuickFind system, helping you to easily locate the correct item during an accident or emergency.
Snow Sports
Ultra-portable, the compact Snow Sports First Aid Kit (£16.99) incorporates 21 different components all designed to treat minor injuries on the slope. In addition to a selection of high-quality dressings and bandages required for treating common winter sport injuries like sprains and blisters, the kit also comes with a thermal blanket and Lifesystems Mountain Sun Cream Combi-Stick to help you cope with extreme cold conditions.
Winter Sports and Winter Sports Pro
The two larger Winter Sports (£34.99) and Winter Sports Pro (£44.99) kits have both been designed as a base kit, ideal for group trips. Both products include a comprehensive range of essential first aid equipment containing 40 and 56 components respectively. Supplied with a smaller LocTop waterproof bag that allows you to select some key items and take them onto the slopes with you, the larger kits benefit from slope-side essentials including hand-warmers, paracetamol, ibuprofen and a 30ml tube of Deep Heat* (*Winter Sports Pro only).
