This is the Rossignol Clothing 2019 Review from InTheSnow in Galtür, Austria, where we got to try some of the new pieces for 2018/19 from Rossignol.

French brand Rossignol have been designing fashionable clothes for years, and you’re sure to be seeing a lot more of it on the slopes in 2018/19, now that we can finally now get our hands on it back in the UK!

The Rossignol Rapide jacket is one of our particular favourites, worn here by Kevin Harris. Part of the Sport Performance range, which has some great offerings for stylish skiers and snowboarders.

A down jacket, it’s both lightweight and incredibly warm, which as we all know is of great importance when out on the mountain. It’s also waterproof, with a rating of 20,000 meaning that you will remain comfortable no matter the conditions. It has a good amount of pockets, always a benefit with a ski jacket, as well as a detachable hood (and a hood with a fur lining if you should so desire!). Plus, at around £230 retail price, this jacket offers fantastic value for money.

Being a brand associated with Tommy Hilfiger, it’s also unsurprising that Rossignol clothing both looks and feels great. Not only is it packed full of the technical features, but it fits really well, something that you don’t always find with ski clothing. If you want a one-up from the Sports Performance clothing, there is also a Tommy Hilfiger / Rossignol collaboration that you can get your hands on.
