For winter 2011, Helly Hansen continues to devote itself to making the world’s most waterproof and technologically advanced gear with its Enigma Flow Down Jacket andEpic Pant for men and women.

Designed for skiing, the Enigma Flow Down jacket has made its impact on all snow enthusiasts due to its waterproof exterior and a unique Flow System Mechanical Venting, designed to regulate the body’s temperature – even in the most extreme weather conditions.

To create the Flow System Mechanical Venting, Helly Hansen has integrated hexagonal down pillows throughout the interior of the jacket to provide exceptional warmth. Venting channels run between the pillows to allow any excess heat or moisture to escape. The interior technology is hidden beneath a smooth, stretchy HellyTech Professional exterior that delivers 20,000 mm waterproof, breathable protection. In addition, high-loft Primaloft insulation is built into the jacket to provide extra warmth and a slim, low bulk fit.

The Enigma Jacket features an array of sport-specific features such as a RECCO reflector, reinforced shoulder pads, a removable powder skirt and water resistant zips. Team up with the Epic Pant (SRP £300) to create the perfect outfit for bluebird powder days and whiteout blizzards.

Other features include:

  • Four way dynamic stretch
  • Goose down 90/10/800 body insulation
  • PrimaLoft Infinity insulation
  • Articulated arms
  • Removable and adjustable helmet hood
  • HH Balaclava and wrist gaiters
  • Water resistant zips
  • Multiple interior and exterior pockets
