Our Oakley Harmony Fade Goggles Review comes from the SIGB Ski Test in Galtür, Austria, where we caught up with Oakley to find out more about the new goggle range everyone’s talking about.
If you were watching the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics, you can’t have missed the distinctive orange and yellow of Oakley’s new Harmony Fade goggles, a special edition designed for the Winter Games and worn by a huge number of medal-winning athletes.
Inspired by the Olympic athletes, the orange of the design is said to represent the fire that burns inside, while the yellow symbolises the sun that lights the path of these athletes pursuing their dreams.
All come with Oakley’s unique Prizm™ lens technology, which is really something that needs to be seen to be believed, providing an incredible optical experience that allows you to really make the most of your time on the mountain. Based on decades of research, Prizm™ lenses provide unprecedented control of light transmission resulting in colours precisely tuned to maximise contrast and enhance visibility.
The lenses used within all Harmony Fade goggles are the Prizm Snow Torch Iridium, which are great lenses for everyday use, working best in sunny or cloudy conditions.
Oakley’s Harmony Fade collection includes the Airbrake XL, Flight Deck, Flight Deck XM, Fall Line and Canopy goggles.
