This is the InTheSnow Nordica Promachine Ski Boot Review from ISPO Munich 2018, where we got to take a sneak peek at Nordica’s latest ski boot for the 2018/19 season.

A step up from the Speed Machine, the Nordica Promachine claims that “skiers have never been so comfortable having so much power”. They have taken the all-day comfort and all-mountain versatility of the award winning SpeedMachine and fused it with the DNA of their World Cup Dobermann: power, precision and performance to create a real game-changer of a ski boot.

Its lightweight tri-force matrix frame construction allows more power with less weight; the perfect fusion of a trim anatomical shell and a new, beefy Tri-Force frame allows dramatically increased performance without added weight.

It’s the first 98mm, high performance all-mountain ski boot with a Michelin GripWalk® sole. The fully integrated GripWalk toe and heel system provides matchless Michelin® traction on snow, ice and almost any other surface skiers might encounter across the mountain.

The liner itself is also incredibly high-tec, with a new 3D design, new materials, increased warmth and custom cork fit comfort. Body heat naturally contours Cork Fit to each foot over time, while IsoTherm insulation keeps in the warmth and wicks away the moisture, so feet stay warm, dry and comfortable.

The boots have a 3D construction, which is anatomically shaped to enhance performance and comfort and are also 100% customisable for those that really want the perfect fit.
