The slightly longer outer jacket, consisting of waterproof and breathable 2-layer MemBrain®, provides perfect protection against the elements and useful pocketing solutions. The highlight of the product is the detachable inner jacket with Marmot Featherless insulation. The loft and thermal performance of this synthetic insulation material is in no way inferior to a 700 fill power down and it also keeps you warm when it’s wet. Zip the two jackets together and the Featherless Component Jacket will withstand the most adverse weather conditions.
