As part of Kjus’ Macun Alpine Layering System, the four-way stretch of the lightweight and highly breathable Kjus Macun Jacket allows you to comfortably layer insulating pieces beneath to create the perfect body climate based on the season, the weather, and your activity level.

Across the system, the use of body-zoned fabric in conjunction with Kjus award winning ventilation system helps regulate temperature.  All pockets feature either water-resistant zip closures or buttons to keep out rain and snow, while the tailored hood can be expanded or drawn tighter as required. The overall longer cut prevents snow from coming into contact with your base layer.

The Macun layering range also includes artificial down insulators and midlayers, which are highly multifunctional pieces that work brilliantly on and off the slopes. The Men’s Macun Insulator Vest combines synthetic down for warmth and a DWR finish, so water and dirt simply bead off, while the Macun Alpha Jacket is a lightweight insulator topped off with excellent breathability and comfort.
