Faction CT 2.0 2018 Ski Review

A brilliant ski that offers an enjoyable, versatile ride for an advanced to expert skier, the Faction CT 2.0 is set to be a firm favourite this season.

With this ski, the longer the better!  A real charger that ploughs through everything, the Faction CT 2.0 maintains this stability both off and on piste.  The ski pivots easily and will hold its own on hard pack but it prefers longer and faster turns and of course floaty powder turns.  The 102mm waist allows it to glide across powder with ease, making it a lot of fun after a big dumping.  The CT 2.0 also absorbs bumps with ease, allowing you to really enjoy all areas of the mountain.

This is definitely a fantastic ski for an advanced to expert skier looking for a fun, versatile ski that will remain stable no matter what. Light and nimble, full twin tips just add to the fun allowing you to really make the most of the playful nature of this ski.  Of course, as the latest Candide Thovex offering, this ski contains just enough flex to allow you to enjoy testing your freestyle skills in the park.  It is buttery and agile, with a carbon reinforced core that allows for steady landings.

This ski really relishes charging at high speeds. It gives a smoothness and control that is better than many other skis in this price bracket. You know you are in safe hands with the CT 2.0, its high levels of control, responsiveness and stability really allowing you to feel confident going quick.
