This is our Evoc Line RAS Backpack Review from ISPO 2018, where we took a look at Evoc’s new line of backpacks for the 2018/19 season.
A new design for 2018/19, the Line RAS is a 30L backpack with a ‘Removable Airbag System’, which means that you have the option of adding a Mammut airbag system into the bag. The airbag system does not come with the original price of the bag but is an optional extra, which fits in easily thanks to the RAS design.
You still have that 30L of space once the airbag is added, which is really great as some airbag backpacks can leave you with very little space for anything else. Airbag systems are fantastic things for adventurous skiers to have in their arsenal and are definitely recommended when doing serious backcountry skiing, so a backpack such as this one from Evoc is definitely something to consider.
