A brand new piste ski for the 2020/21 season, the Elan SCX Fusion X is a hybrid between a Giant Slalom and a Slalom ski, born from racing DNA. However, don’t be fooled into thinking that this ski is only for experts and ski racers, it actually looks set to be a really accessible ski that can be enjoyed by intermediates looking to progress their skiing, up to advanced skiers who really want to charge down the pistes.
The Elan SCX Fusion X gives skiers the ability to make short slalom turns or long fast turns, without having to sacrifice performance on one or the other. As such, it will perform best for serious skiers who will enjoyhaving this enhanced versatility in their turns.
This ski also features a lot of Elan’s most impressive technical features, with a combination of Arrow technology, an aggressive camber profile, new R² FRAME Woodcore, RST sidewalls and a double titanium layer.
The Power Rebound System, which combines a lifted Fusion X binding system and a fully cambered carbon infused plate, will work in tandem to boost power and rebound at the end of the turn. This is a ski that will be sure to have you powering down the pistes in no time!
