We caught up with Dynastar at the SIGB Ski Test to learn a little bit more about the ever popular Dynastar Legend skis.
Created with a progressive rocker profile, Legend skis have an innovative five contact point sidecut design that really makes them stand out.
Contact points throughout the ski enhance its performance, particularly on powder days. For example, contact points in the shovel at the top of the ski give you that fantastic float in soft snow, while the fourth and fifth contact points towards the tail of the ski give you good support to keep you from sinking in at the back end.
The ski then comes into a pin tail, which gives you great control over the ski. Responsive and nimble, this pin tail allows you to make quick, sharp turns and stops, so whether you’re skiing narrow couloirs or simply that your buddy falls over in front of you and you need a quick stop, you’re able to do so easily on the Legend.
