Having heated boot racks is marketed as the height of luxury by chalets and hotels in the Alps, but now you can warm your own boots en route to the slopes with the new Hotdryer Boot Bag from Sidas.
The robust water and dirt-resistant boot bag (RRP £75) comes supplied with a Hotdryer device which plugs into a 12V car cigarette lighter.
Designed for drying gloves or boots, the power cable feeds through an opening in the bag blowing warm air to gently and effectively dry and warm ski boots.
It’s ideal for those doing day trips by car to resorts who want to dry their boots on the way back to the chalet or warm them up on the way to the slopes in the morning. The drying unit also comes with a selection of mains plug adaptors for use in the chalet or hotel.
