The Atomic Vantage 95 C is a very popular ski. A stable and secure all mountain option, it will happily travel wherever you want to take it.

For a lot of skiers, the Atomic Vantage 95 C offers an ideal level of versatility, stiffness and stability, that allows them to explore a range of conditions and develop their skills.

Unfortunately, in testing, the Atomic Vantage 95 C did not impress us to the same level as some of its other all mountain counterparts. While it is constructed using the same elements of the Atomic skis we absolutely loved (the carbon tank mesh, light woodcore, firewall sidewalls), it does not have the same light, responsive feel. This ski actually felt a bit boaty to ski on.

Atomic Vantage 95 C

In fact, the Vantage 95 C felt harder to turn than a lot of the 100+ skis used through the week. It also did not feel as versatile as other all mountain skis we tried; on piste it didn’t quite give us that ‘wow’ factor that others in this category did.

However, it did have good edge hold and was easy to carve on, making it easy to enjoy regardless. With its medium sized waist and all mountain rocker, this ski also performs well off piste and is a great companion for those looking to further their explore the whole mountain with a ski that doesn’t overcharge with power.

In general, this ski didn’t fill us with a lot of confidence and if you are looking to charge around the mountain at high speeds with a lot of power, this shouldn’t be your first choice. However, it did have a lot of plus points and if you’re looking for a enjoyable, stable ride across terrains, this could be the ski for you.
