The Armada Invictus 99 Ti 2018 is a great value all round ski for those after an impressive one-ski quiver.

This is a ski that absolutely loves to go fast and charge hard. It demonstrates really good edge hold over ice and is really easy to turn, regardless of conditions. Performing well both off piste and on it, this is a ski that transitions easily and will be very helpful for a skier that really wants the best of all worlds when it comes to the mountain.

Redesigned for 2018 with a lighter feel, the Armada Invictus 99 Ti has a nice poppy tail which is great for jumping but also absorbs landings well.

With a 99mm waist, it has great float off piste, and its rockered tip enhances what is an already impressive ease of turn initiation. Responsive and agile enough, this ski is a dependable partner through any terrain. It is a great option for an advanced all mountain skier who likes to add a bit of adventure to their ski days.

On piste, the Invictus 99 Ti allows for hugely enjoyable carving turns at speed, thanks to the Armada Comp Series base. This ski really comes into its own on the steeper slopes, with an impressive stability that will keep you charging hard and fast all day long. At lower speeds and for shorter turns it is not quite as impressive, but remains stable and supportive.

While we found the Armada Invictus 99 Ti to be reasonably good everywhere, it didn’t jump out as being particularly excellent in any one area. Aesthetically it’s very good looking and it will definitely appeal to a wide range of people looking for something to use everywhere. For an advanced skier looking for a ski to take them across the mountain with ease this season, the Armada Invictus Ti is a good choice. However, if you are an advanced to expert skier looking for a highly powerful ski that will really push you to the best of your abilities, there may be better options out there.
