4. Winner is responsible for ensuring they have their own legal, valid, passport and Visa arrangements.
5. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Prize Draw.
6. The competition will end at midnight on 19th February 2016.
7. Winner will be chosen at random by Madame Vacances from all valid entries in a Draw on 19th February 2016.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Madame Vacances reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. 14. Holiday is subject to availability. All travel arrangements will be made at the sole discretion of Madame Vacances, in conjunction with its partners.
15. The Holiday prize is subject to the booking conditions of Madame Vacances and must be taken in the Winter 2015/16 or Winter 2016/2017 Season. Does not apply for holidays between 13/02/16 – 20/02/16, 25/03-02/03/16, 24/12/16 – 02/01/17 or 11/02/17 – 18/02/17.

16. The Holiday offered includes return UK flights for 2 people (from a London area airport travelling with a low-cost carrier or other airline, selected by Madame Vacances),  shared transfer from airport to resort, 7 night’s accommodation for 2 people, in a South-Facing double room in the Hotel Ibiza***, Les Deux Alpes  on half board (buffet breakfast and evening meal, drinks not included). Ski hire, ski passes, ski lessons and any other activities are not included in the prize. Travel to the UK airport is not included.
17. Entries are not permitted from any employees, or their relatives, of the companies involved in this promotion, or any Madame Vacances Suppliers.
