Competition prize: a 7-night Club Med holiday in a ski resort for two adults, excluding flights and transfers.
Please refer to the competition terms and conditions and the blackout periods below. This prize cannot be won by employees of Club Med SAS and In the Snow or anyone else professionally associated with the competition. Club Med reserves the right to offer this prize to the competition runner up if you (as the winner) or the members of your party fail to comply with the below terms and conditions and prize description.
The winner will be notified the day of the draw on the 31st of December 2019. The voucher is valid for a departure between Sunday 5th January 2020 and Sunday 10th January 2021 inclusive.
Please note: requests to book the holiday can only be processed 3 months prior to the desired date of departure. Requests for departures earlier than 3 months ahead cannot be processed. Departure dates and resorts are subject to quotas and availability. We advise the winner to propose several departure and resorts options.
Requests cannot be processed during French School holidays. Please see blackout dates below:

This prize is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of Club Med SAS, In The Snow and their families, agents, partners or anyone else professionally associated with the competition.
There will be one competition winner.

Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner, or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The prize as described is available on the date of publication. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value shall be provided.
Prize must be taken as described. It is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The prize is subject to availability and quota at time of booking.

- Spa and excursion services

- Travel insurance

The holiday will be confirmed via email with the sending of a sales agreement, this will outline the details of the holiday. If you, as the winner, decide to cancel your holiday after the booking is confirmed, your holiday cannot be deferred and cannot be recouped. Once the holiday has been confirmed, the date of departure and the destination chosen are final and definitive. No modifications to the date of departure and/or the destination by the winner will be accepted when the confirmation has been sent.
