For nearly four decades, trained chalet staff have welcomed skiers to warm, cosy and homely ski chalets, in six of France’s top ten resorts.
Every Ski Beat chalet holiday starts with canapés and aperitifs on arrival, setting the scene for the chalet hosts to prepare hearty daily cooked or continental breakfast, served in spacious dining/sitting areas, tasty home baked cakes with afternoon tea to await skiers’ return, and a weekly cheese board with port. Evening meals are sociable, and are served around a big dining table in the company of other like-minded skiers, and always at least three courses with unlimited local wine or non-alcoholic drinks, with pre-bookable options for plant-based meals for vegans and veggies, before guests retire to private en-suite rooms for a sound night’s sleep.
Chalet Bouquetin is in the heart of France’s vast Paradiski region, in Peisey Vallandry, with scenic local routes, direct links to Les Arcs, and 150m from the Vanoise Express to connect with La Plagne – a total of 426kms of skiing, right on the doorstep.

The Ski Beat win a chalet holiday competition is open to those aged 18 years or over and is limited to one entry per person. Correct entries must be made using the online form on this page by 14:00 on 2nd January 2024 and the winner will be contacted by email and/or telephone. Winner will have 3 days to claim their prize otherwise a new winner will be drawn. The holiday can be taken between 9th December 2023 and 13th April 2024, subject to availability, excluding public and school holiday dates, and no cash alternative will be given.
