Club Med has announced the opening of a new Chinese ski resort, based in Beidahu. Available to book from May onwards, the first holidays at the resort will take place from December 9th, 2016
Based in a family-oriented ski resort with 19 ski slopes and range of family activities it’s the second Club Med Chinese ski resort following their original opening at Yabuli and fifth Club Med resort in China overall. The runs are said to be suitable for all levels, from beginners to more confident skiers. Children can enjoy the freedom of the Club Med snow garden from four years, whilst parents can take advantage of group ski lessons, included in the price and available for all levels.
Situated in the Jilin province, two hours from Beijing, the all-inclusive holiday resort features 176 rooms comprising 11 standard Club Rooms, 154 Deluxe Rooms, eight premium Suites, two family Suites, and one Presidential Suite.
The resort’s architectural design focuses on incorporating nature, with inbuilt panoramic glass windows bringing guests face to face with the unique surroundings of Jilin province.
The resort features the latest in digital hospitality including an official resort mobile chat service connecting guests directly to customer services, in-resort Apple Pay, and a range of digital navigation screens situated around the resort to offer information and directions.
The large, newly-redeveloped resort also features a fitness room, spa and jacuzzi, alongside an array of activities including archery, darts, table football, ping pong, air hockey, and state of the art entertainment room.
