If you’ve ever wanted to see movies and ‘audio visual art’ in cable cars then now is your chance as the ‘cross-genre’ event “Cineastic Gondolas” is taking place for the third time in Lech am Arlberg.
Staged at the famous Austrian resort’s Rüfikopfbahn / Rüfikopf lifts on the evening of 14th December there’ll be animated films, visual art, space and sound installations, performances, DJs and live acts taking place at and in the disco and cinematic cable cars.
“For one evening, the top and base stations of the Rüfikopf cable car will merge together into a single work of art,” said a resort statement.
The theme of the 2013 event is “Here & Now” and the official musical theme for the evening has been produced by Boris Dlugosch, an artist which will be at the event himself.
