Is It Time to Book Your 2025 Ski Trip?

2024 is here …which these days means you can book your 24-25 ski season holiday if you’d like?

It used to be the spring before the new season that holidays went on sale, but recent years have seen ski holidays go up for sale up to two years ahead, so that is the new normal.

Of course, it has always been the case that the best cure for post ski holiday blues is to book your trip for next winter, so there’s something to look forward to beyond another dismal British summer and autumn.

Although not all companies have 24-25 on sale yet, many do, including leading operators like Inghams , Ski Beat and TUI (Crystal).

Ski travel agencies also have next winter’s holidays on sale already.

Iglu Ski’s Managing Director Simon McIntyre commented, “As soon as guests start to return from their ski trips they are keen to book for the following season. We already have hundreds of thousands of options available online and through our expert team, from the top chalets, to resorts from Arinsal to Zell am See and everything in between. With early booking incentives now on, such as low deposits and discounts when skiers pre-book extra services, it’s a good time to research and book a ski trip for 2024/25.”

To cater for the high demand for skiers booking, and existing clients re-booking their ski chalets – many over a year in advance – Ski Beat has launched its 2024-25 ski chalet holidays, at least three months earlier than in previous seasons.

“Christmas, New Year and half term holiday dates are always under high demand, and groups of families and friends are advised to book at least a year in advance to find the right accommodation, in the right ski area. Many skiers find their resort or chalet of choice after a couple of seasons, and these skiers too tend to re-book almost as soon as they return home,” said Ski Beat’s Laura Hazell (pictured above) who adds, “There is something about skiing that is very addictive. Skiers experience an adrenaline high from the freedom of the pistes, the crisp, clean, fresh air in the mountains, the buzz of being among like-minded skiers, and the vibes from a day spent exercising mind and muscles without even realising it.”
