Early season conditions remain excellent around Banff and Lake Louise.
There’s been a lot more snowfall and more terrain has opened.
Sunshine Village woke to 27 cm of new snow in the previous 24 hours, and 16 cm overnight on Monday, 20 November.
The resort has opened its Great Divide terrain (above) today. It’s latest new terrain opening for the season. There are 74 runs open and up to 96cm of snow depth so far.

Whitehorn 1 (above) is one of the latest steep slopes to open at Lake Louise which will stage the first World Cup Alpine Skiing speed events of the season this weekend and received another 11cm of snow today, part of a 48cm fall over the past 72 hours. It too has more than 70 trails open and a base depth of 95-121 cm.
