Conditions are looking good at Banff Mt Norquay, Sunshine and Lake Louise ski areas with all 28 lifts operating at all three areas and around 95% of the combined 320 trails accessible.
Base depths are looking good too at approximately 90cm (three feet) to 1.2m (four feet) at the summits and all three areas had fresh snow – up to 12cm in fact, in the last few days of 2017 to freshen up slope cover.
