The uniquely wonderful Altitude Comedy Festival returns to Mayrhofen in the Austrian Tirol next spring, and has unveiled a list of headliners that reads as the crème de la crème of the comedy world.
Dara O’Briain tops the bill with Daniel Sloss, Paul Smith and Maisie Adams also headlining the festival, which runs from 1st – 5th April 2024.
But they’re just part of an incredible line up promising to provide an avalanche of laughter at Altitude 2024 where comedy and skiing meet in the funniest show on snow!
There are many more amazing acts in the 2024 line up including festival founders Marcus Brigstocke, Andrew Maxwell as well as the International Improv All Stars altogether performing three shows a night, from the nightly Après Ski Show, Gala Show and Late Show.
Since it was established in 2007 Altitude has featured many of the world’s top comedians including Eddie Izzard, Jimmy Carr, Bill Bailey, Sean Lock, Dylan Moran, John Bishop, Lee Mack, Frankie Boyle, Dylan Moran, Zoe Lyons, Tim Minchin and the list keeps growing with Dara O’Briain.
Besides enjoying days on the slopes in the spring sunshine, taking in the stunning scenery of the Alps, you can also join in the fun at the various activities and parties throughout the week such as mountain top silent discos, late night club sets and the chance to compete in the inaugural Clown Hill Race.
Other activities like paragliding, hiking, snowshoeing, cycling, tobogganing, or even ice-climbing and on offer in Mayrhofen. There’s plenty of an indoor options too with numerous wellness centres in town, from Turkish baths to rooftop swimming pools and saunas.
As well as its huge ski area, Mayrhofen also has a great range of bars and restaurants too, where you’ll always find a warm welcome.
