Women make up 47% of skiers, so the French Ski School (ESF) has created an exclusively female Ladies Camp that will take place in Alpe d’Huez in the Isère department of France this winter.
The three-half-day programme, led by an experienced female instructor, has three different options: Progression Ski, Precision Ski and Premium for a mix of skiing, massages, yoga and wellness.
The camp takes place from Sunday to Tuesday or Wednesday to Saturday and is priced from €150 / £129 pp, this includes three half days of supervised skiing, and one yoga lesson lasting one hour and thirty minutes.
A seven night stay at Langley Hôtel Le Petit Prince, arriving 13 January 2024 is priced from £548 pp, based on two sharing a double room with breakfast included. Flights and transfers extra.
