Ski Dubai will celebrate its fifth anniversary in November and remains one of the world’s most iconic indoor snow centres.
Costing an estimated US$275 million the centre produces 30 tonnes of snow a day but only about 30% of visitors actually come to ski, with the majority just coming to experience snow, just standing or playing in the snow in the centre’s larger snowpark.
Ski Dubai continues to be one of the world’s most popular indoor ski centres, attracting 750,000 guests last year, many of whom had never seen snow before.
